In Brafer’s engineering and detailing area, the activities of calculation and detailing of steel structures in general take place.

For the dimensioning of the steel structures, Brazilian standards (NBR 8800:2008, NBR 14762:2010, NBR 6123:1990, NBR 6120:1980, etc.) and/or American standards are used (ANSI/AISC 360-10, ASCE 7, ANSI/AISI S100:2007, AISE Nº 13), according to customer specification. In the event of possible peaks in the demand for the calculation and detailing activities, Brafer has partnerships with renowned project offices.

These offices are qualified and assessed periodically to ensure the quality of services provided.
