Brafer was contracted by Votorantim Metals to manufacture and assemble 3,700 tons of steel structures for the Iron-Nickel processing plant, located in Niquelândia, Goiânia.

The structures are present in the Secondary Crushing, Loading and Unloading of the calcination furnace and Pyrometallurgy buildings.

For the Pyrometallurgy building Brafer manufactured 44-ton box-columns.
