Brafer was awarded by Anglo American to participate in the construction of several industrial buildings for the largest pipeline in the world. With an initial scope of 1,800 tons, the production increased as the work progressed and, in total, Brafer provided 6,400 tons and erected 2,850 tons of steel structures.

Anglo American is located in the town of Conceição do Mato Dentro, Minas Gerais State and connects the Anglo American Mine region to the Açu Port, in São João da Barra, Rio de Janeiro State. The project has an annual production capacity of 26.5 million tons of iron ore.

The erections was very diverse, for the wide array of structure types that were assembled, such as Industrial Buildings, Pipe-racks, Equipment Platforms and Roofs.
